The “CRM” certificate is one of the 9 certificates offered under the SHISEIDO+ Digital Academy’s “Digital Literacy Certification” program which is made up of three modules: (1) Discover Digital, (2) Deliver Digital, (3) Drive Digital. The program aims to progressively build fluency around various sub disciplines in the digital world.
As part of the “Deliver Digital” module, this certification focuses on deepening knowledge around key domains such as e-Commerce, CRM, Social Media, so as to enable better day-to-day business decisions and collaboration.
Curriculum & Earning Criteria
There are 11 lesson units in this certification. To earn the certificate, student must be able to successfully pass a 10-question quiz for each of the lesson units. The lesson units are:
